Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026.

Savannah Roof Guide is a free referral website operated by Aelix Intelligence ("we", "us"). We are not a roofer. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or call the number on it, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Form requests: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, and anything you choose to write in the optional fields.
  • Phone calls: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and which page or number you called from. Calls may be recorded. You will hear a notice at the start of the call before anything is recorded. Calls currently go to voicemail, so we keep the message you leave (a recording, and a text transcript if transcription is turned on).
  • Spam protection: our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a visitor is a person. Cloudflare processes technical signals for this under its own privacy policy.
  • Site usage: we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are used and whether the call button or form was used. It sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and your approximate location.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. For rate limiting we use only a one-way hash of your IP address, and we don't keep it with your request.

How we use and share it

  • We send your request or call to one independent local roofer so they can contact you about the job you asked about. That provider handles your information under its own practices.
  • We use call and form records to answer questions, confirm that referrals happened, settle billing with providers, and prevent spam and abuse.
  • We use service providers to run the site and phone line (for example Cloudflare for hosting and Twilio for calls). They process data on our behalf.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Call recordings are deleted after 90 days. Call logs and form requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and settle referral billing, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Your choices

  • You can call us instead of using the form, or use the form instead of calling.
  • If you don't want your call recorded, you can hang up during the notice and use the form instead.
  • You can ask us to access or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling (912) 483-1213 and leaving a message. We will also pass a do-not-contact request on to the provider we referred you to.
  • Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics on all sites with Google's opt-out browser add-on. See also how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Children

This site is for adults arranging home services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
